In the theme of the Who inspires you series, I have been heavily inspired by this book and the writing style of Francine Rivers.
Her dynamic character portrayals and thought-provoking chapters, enabled me to really meditate on the Word of God. I mean how many times to we read the Bible and never actually picture ourselves in the Word itself, in that time, place and season. This book definitely makes you to think much more deeply about well known instances in the Bible.
This is a five-in-one book, which both fictionally and non-fictionally explore the story of Tamar, Rahab,Ruth, Bathsheeba and Mary- the five privileged women who were mentioned in the lineage of Our Lord Jesus.
My word cannot do justice for how intriguing this book is so why not read it for yourself ...

I have never read this book before but I love Francine Rivers books. I am currently reading the v-woman book and I love it! I will look to read this book next.
